Precision Series® Small Piece Folders are available in three different configurations, the Return-To-Feed, Rear Discharge as shown here, and Triple Sort. They are ideal for folding small items such as towels, incontinent pads, pillow cases, scrubs, pajamas, and patient gowns. Fast, compact and versatile, these folders can process as fast as your operators can feed, for the highest production rates in the industry!
Rear Discharge
- The Rear Discharge Model provides the same quality and production as the Return-to-Feed, but discharges folded and stacked goods at the rear of the machine for processing or discharge onto a separate conveyor for delivery.
- Easily integrates with third-party automated tying or wrapping equipment.
- Will process parts 37% thicker than older models, with the ability to process thin items such as hand towels or baby blankets

- Folds all sizes of towels and items to 42″ x 72″ w/French Fold.
- Folds towels, scrub shirts and pants, gowns, incontinence pads, and patient bibs.
